Re:                  Hurricane Rina

Dear Partners:

Please be informed that Hurricane Rina, currently category 2, is moving towards theYucatanPeninsulawhere Viva Wyndham Maya & Viva Wyndham Azteca are located.  We are under hurricane warning and if Rina continues on the projected path, the center will be moving near or over the coast ofYucatanon Wednesday night and Thursday according to information from the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration.

Our hotels have a hurricane committee that has already been activated since the alert.  We’re taking all possible safety measures for our guests and will keep them informed of the latest updates through information bulletins.  If Rina keeps the expected path, tomorrow guests will be moved to our buildings that have hurricane curtains and to refuges that will be put into effect for this purpose.

Regarding new and existing reservations, Viva Wyndham Resorts will not be applying penalties to cancellations or early departures.

To ensure the safety of our guests, the hotels will be offering limited services. In the event of a change in the hurricane’s trajectory, we will update you on our position.

Thanks in advance for your usual collaboration and feel free to contact us if you require additional information.

Best regards,

Amanda Santana
